I need a new laptop for my license project

I have do implement an IoT license project with an web page to control the devices. My laptop is working very slow or sometimes it even freezes when I open an IDE ( I don't want to know what will happen when I will try to simulate a server) and I can't always ask my friends to use their laptops so I want to take a new one for me. Currently I am working part-time and I am trying to save some money for it, but it isn't enough.
