I need a new job!

hi my name is frank and I need a new job! I currently hate my job it makes me completely miserable and I want out. I work 6 days a week 10-12 hour days for a person that can careless to say the least. So I want to go on my own and start my own business! And can definitely use some help to get going. I have a wife and son so failure is not a option. I want to wake up and be happy to go to work instead of dreading it day after day. I understand there are people out there who might need some help more than me but I have nowhere else to turn and this would really help to get the ball rolling. Thank you !
