I need a car

I am a 25 year old, on October 30 I was diagnosed with Hereditary Diabetes, I am currently studying information technologies. To move to my university that is 50 km from my place of residence, I do it with a motorcycle for the economy. Due to this disease, I am obliged to get a car because of the risk of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) because of the insulin I have to inject twice a day. While it is true a car would not cause you not to have an accident if it would reduce the damage you may suffer compared to a motorcycle accident. I work but he used the money in food, transportation and university expenses. I am not in a position to buy a car as fast as I need it, so I turn to this help
