I need £100,000 to pay off a 2nd charge on my family home so we can stay in london

We are a family of 4 living in London, which is very hard work. My young kids go to school in this area. We are struggling to keep up with the cost of living and really want to be able to stay in london. We were able to stay here because when my father died we just about managed to buy my brother out of the house but had to do it with a 2nd charge as well as a mortgage which is very high interest and we are only paying interest so feel stuck in a rut we can't get out over. We also had a fire at the house last year and although we had buildings insurance we didn't have contents so we have got into debt paying to replace some of our things. Any donation much appreciated.
