I just want to smile again

Hello, first of i wanna say sorry in advance if i do some spelling mistakes. I just want to say that im doing this as last resort,i dunoo what else to do, I have always struggled with my teeth, ever since I was a little child i neded permanent work and exaustings visits to the dentist,but i thought that after the work i did everything was going fine. I have work done on all my teeths,but rrcently after a visit to the doctor i found out that all my roots are damaged so much that i cant do the normal work done by now,even my sinuses are almost gone due to the fact that i had bad work done,bone structure is also damaged. I have found someone that can to the type of surgery to make the implants and adding the bone,all in one session,in my country called Dr Leahu,but the prices that i was given its so much beyond my reach that i cant even think how many years whould take to gather this amount...
