I have to save myself from the police complaint and need to meet my family back home in india

Hello Everyone there,

I am an expatriate in Gulf, Saudi Arabia and had taken some loan amounts for doing business but was not able to launch the business due to it needed more money and at the same time, my partner who was my sponsor asked he was only helping me in my business and wanted his money back, it has been started in July 2020 when i tried to do the ecommerce business and was not able to go ahead with extra money i needed and i had spent amount and failed in things and have 10 stores in ecommerce, it was my mistake to buy and get design so many stores, thinking some of the products in some store will sell if one is not working, but it was my mistake and i had failures in taking works from free lancers for the payment gateway glitch, and in this thing i lost money in investing in the business, i started the business because of my free lance job which does not save me money to be with my family and spend time with my daughter, i am 42 years+ old born in 1978, the last time i saw my daughter while flying back here from india was in year 2017 december when i was with her and with my wife and until now i didnt and couldnt go back to india to see my family due to the money, and the job i did not join in doing this ecommerce business, which i wanted to start on the side of my freelance job, i am basically a mechanical engineer and work as free lancer in oil and gas construction projects, while leaving the job and renewing my resident identity and the pandemic had started and there were less offers in jobs outside and was curfew and in this thing, since i know the ecommerce business from long time and due to presently then living in the city rather than the previous times as i was to live in the outskirts, here there in the city there was internet and my room, so i thought i can do the business, though i will do it and it need little more money like 5000 usd to more put in the stores for its marketing and softwares in the backend to run them and get the proper payment gateway integration, but due to the money i needed and could not get and i have tried each and everyway to get the money from my friends and family and cousins but due to the respect i might have to loose to ask in family, i also did that, but still there is no response from .. so i dont want to discuss much about all of it,

my family i did not sent the rent to my family since 2 months and my daughter is everyday missing me and during the sleep time she remembers me and also past month she was getting fever every night like 98, 99 degrees, i was not able to play with my daughter all these years and now she is about more than 4 years old, and misses me alot, i cant face my wife, due to the money i dont have and cant send them anything, also not able to work outside now because i am balance the money, this has led me into big problem, now my partner about whom i have told everything in the start in this letter, he is only asking his money back and dont want to be part of the business, he said he is only helping me in this and i feel like he changed his mind since i had said him its only after 2 months i will start giving him profit, but the investment was done by him in parts by parts which led me to make investments in parts on the stores and different free lancers and taking work in these parts and then i was not able to get any thing done completely and could not launch the stores in the ecommerce market place,

now i dont want to do the business right now, i will surely do, but first i want to give him his money back, he said he will complain to the police and also make me escape which will ruin my career and my meeting with family while i am also behind bars i cant see my family, my daughter nor i can take care of them and also could not return the money back to the partner and could not arrange it from no where, i hope you all understand it, i can show you the stores, the business license, the works i had got done with free lancers and the money i had spent on the stores, i dont know how the funding in this goes on but i only need is help, i will also save some part of this money to may be even launch the store if small manner and firstly give the partner his money and go back to my country to visit my family, 2 times i have applied for visa for my family, first time due to less money i was not able to call them and the visa got expired, then 2nd time i was about to call and the return ticket i was not able to purchase which i was forgot to purchase while booking their direct ticket and while i wanted to purchase their ticket on the last day i had less money from my salary and then i had to rebook their flights and on march 12th 2020 there was announcement that the flights are suspended totally due to pandemic and will reopen lately and will be announced, and then due to the business i had started and wanted to save for my family and by the time they come i could make some money and also there were no projects in the pandemic, i thought since people will not travel to buy things, consumer goods, then i can sell things online, as people in this pandemic will buy online, and this started in this way,

please help me and i will appreciate you for that, this amount which i said is needed to give back to my partner1 and then few money i will have left to give to people who are not partners in the business but i owe them which i took as hand loan, and few money will be left then which i will use to launch in the business and also travel to back to home to see my daughter and meet her and stay with her and i will come back here or not i am not sure, by the way i want to come back to gulf here in and work again, but will want to carry my family with me while i come, no more want to be away from them and cant let them suffer,

i dont really have time for everything, i cant explain everything i dont really have energy to come after all this, and cant be holding my self back and put my daughter and my wife away suffering for no reason they had did any fault, i want you people help, from worldwide everyone who can do some sort of help and more it will be only good for me and my family and one day when i will earn this same amount, i surely will some day and i will also give this amount for your names to the needy

everyday few days the partner and the people who i owe are calling me and i dont have enough or anything to take my food, i also have habit of smoking, and borrowing from here and there for this to complete, since i am being an engineer i feel so low since i cant work outside and also cant give the money back to the partner and making myself so low, what can i do, no body helped me in the first place in my friends and families who i wanted firstly they could be part of it and i can give them the profit from the business but while i also wanted to make and have my own image and individuality since i also have brain, but some dont want to believe and some dont want see others succeed, some dont want to help, and some like to backbite, there are many kinds of people in this world, but i feel like there are also good people around there in everywhere and also like this where there is crowdfunding for some good cause and for saving life in emergencies and saving life in medical bills, and helping people in each way the people in this world can, i wish to have your help and also after getting this money i will try my best to make use of it in giving back to the partners involved in the business and also start my business small and also meet my family and live with them which is my main goal,

(while i also tried for personal loan and home loan and from private lending banks - i have not been successfull until now and speaking one place which if passed will take around 45 days or little less, but for to that to happen i will first have to be normal and outside and staying in my room here, which will not happen as my partner has already given me last grace time to make complaint on me to the police and that will make the matter worse, i cant even say anything because - the business is not set up here and it is based in india and i have been working on it from here since it is ecommerce consumer goods business and products and sales and operations can be done from anywhere in the world. and i also wanted to not leave my job or be left like that, i wanted to save myself from working too hard for 14 hours shifts and not making much, since we free lancers have all the expenses to bear by ourselves and we work project by project, and since i am a free lancer - was not able to maintain my bank account and file taxes for the ITR for this past year etc. and so couldnt get bank loan and or say private loan and dont have any saved money with me to help myself and also dont have any property on my own name to sell and get out this problem now, otherwise i couldnt have taken this last resort here to come here and take help in this way from, but i hope i could be helped or will be helped. and i wish so please.

i dont need any money to enjoy with my family - how ever not much can be left over, but still if i can reach the amount some money will be there with me to make my trip possible to my country and i will work while there and get my family with me and continue my work here and also will continue my business in a positive way with only one or two stores launch one by one and the other stores each will be launched with the preceeding stores profits.
