need help in the debt, and meet my family back home

Hello everyone there,

I am an indian expatriate living in Gulf,

I am 42 years+ old.

the last time i saw my daughter while flying back here from India was in year 2017 December when i was with her and with my wife and until now i didn’t and couldn’t go back to India to see my family due to the money, i have tried each and every way to get help for the money I needed from my friends and family and cousins,

I have an import export and consumer goods retail online sales business b2c for selling them on ecommerce marketplace worldwide countries,

Could not start due to some lacking money and my partner is asking his investment back and says he only helped in it but not as partnership which I did not understand and he has my sign and stamp with him as an loan because it’s in Arabic I signed on it, I couldn’t arrange his money back because I couldn’t launch the business due to marketing and operation expenses I had, and he otherwise is going to complain to police which will make my life worse and could,

i did not sent the rent to my family since 2 months and my daughter is everyday missing me and during the sleep time she remembers me and also past month she was getting fever every night like 98, 99 degrees, i was not able to play with my daughter all these years and now she is about more than 4 years old, and misses me a lot, i cant face my wife, due to the money i don’t have and can’t send them anything, also not able to work outside now because i am balance the money, this has led me into big problem, now my partner about whom i have told everything in the start in this letter, he is only asking his money back and don’t want to be part of the business, he said he is only helping me in this and i feel like he changed his mind since i had said him its only after 2 months i will start giving him profit,

the investment was done by him in parts by parts in 2 to 3 months’ time during the pandemic which took from July 2020 to September 2020 (the investment was needed in one time so i could have gone with the actual works in one shot) but due to parts by parts investment it then led me to make investments in parts on the 10 stores and different free lancers and taking work in these parts and then i was not able to get anything done completely and could not launch the stores in the ecommerce market place,

i don’t really have energy to come after all this, and can’t be holding myself back and put my family away suffering for no reason they have in this, i want you people help, from worldwide everyone who can do some sort of help and more it will be only good for me and my family and one day when i will earn this same amount, i surely will someday and i will also give this amount for your names to the needy

Everyday few days the partner and the people who i owe are calling me for the money

i also tried for personal loan and home loan and from private lending banks - I have not been successful until now and speaking one place which if passed will take around 45 days or little less, but for to that to happen

Please help, and one day you will also be helped surely
