I have My FL MMJ Card and was arrested in my home for possession. Don’t let this happen to you.

We were at home relaxing, watching TV and glancing at FB.

When a knock came on the door. It was the City Police.

Having smoked marijuana in my bathroom (15 mins beforehand) , I immediately told them I have my State Issued Medical Marijuana Card and gave it to them.

I suffer from and that is why I have a State Issued Card. I showed them my purchases from the dispensary's, with stickers, receipts and containers still in the bag. The police poured it out on my bed. They told me that Rosin/Wax is illegal and there is no way it came from a dispensary. The Rosin was purchased from Trulieve Vero Beach FL. The bag had the receipt in it, container had the sticker on it. They charged me with a felony. That was charge 1.

After they now had me in cuffs and were threatening to arrest my wife and oldest child who is over 18 and lives at home. Both do not use MMJ. They proceeded to take TRIMMINGS , and charged me with my 2nd felony. If you are not familiar with trimmings it is the parts of the bud that you cut off and do not use.

They then put me outside in a police car cuffed for hours as they searched our home. I was then taken to County Jail, stripped searched and placed in a cell with 40 other inmates.

My Family put together everything we had to post $38500 bail. We have nothing left, bill money, food money, gas, insurance, all gone (ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS) with one knock on the door. If you are asking why did they show up? The police said it was due to traffic at our home. We sell clothes from home and online!

From the moment the sound came on our door, we have been ruined, our children have been scarred and our home life destroyed.

We have nothing left to pay for a legal defense. The system is designed to do this to us. It will continue to devour souls and lives in it's "War on Drugs". Unless we STAND against it! Help us fight!
