I have lost all the weight, now I need to lose the excess skin. Please help

For the first stage of my life I was overweight, obese really. I have worked hard and I still am. Before I left high school I lost 54 kg. I now do Taekwondo, go to the gym everyday and I am the most fit I have ever been. But alas, being that big leaves scars, emotionally and physically. My aim is a tummy tuck to remove excess skin and stretchmarks. It is a small change. I would never look perfect, who does?

All I want is look like the person I have become, without the constant reminders
