i have been cheated on internet

I am Ravi kiran Chimmani from India. One stranger given advertisement in public news paper i asked him give me$100000 as loan. He said that $ 10000 deposit into their account for processing. I had deposited that amount into their account. After depositing that he was asking me some more amount. I didnt deposit after that $10000 deposit. I wanted to recover that amount but he was asking commission $250. Ihad no trust on him now. He is asking that first deposit$250 later he will give me the $10000. I dont want to trust him. I thought he cheated me. This conversation communicated by telephone only. I want my money back but i cant complaint because my family problems. My family doesnt know about this.
