I had a car accident and I need Help

Hi , my name Is Malek ,I am 27 years old ,I am a life struggler ,I am studying geology in college ,I bought a car 3 months ago and it is completely electric (e-golf 2015 SEL premium) . Unfortunately, one day when I was returning from the university to the my home on a rainy day, I was surprised by a car in front of me. I couldn't control the car and I slipped on the ground hitting it from the right side.

I don't have enough money to repair the car, since all the pieces are very expensive and only exist at the local dealer, which I don't know why. The following above in picture is a list of the required items according to the local dealer inspection.

What I wanted to ask you is the help :'( , even with little it may cover part of the expenses accident.
