I got chargeback scammed on PayPal.

Hello dear stranger! I've got chargeback scammed on PayPal, on October 30th, 2018, I have sold my rare video game account for a person for $200, obviously, he received the login details and logged in to change his name, email address etc. Everything went smoothly, and months later in January I got a notification from PayPal that a chargeback is open against me, he said " I didn't receive the items I ordered, he keeps telling just one more day I had enough I want a refund from him. " I haven't talked to the person at all ever since we made the exchange. Needless to say, I didn't sell any physical goods or anything that people can "order" I don't even have a website. Of course, I have appealed and despite showing evidence to PayPal they ignored my emails and evidence and decided in favor the buyer. This is really sad, at this point, everybody can say they didn't receive what they paid for and get free money just by starting a chargeback on PayPal. This is insane. Now because of this, I can't use my PayPal account, I have a negative balance and I don't have any money, I'm just a college student the little money I made from games were my only way of income. Please help if you can! Thank you in advance!
