i dream of becoming a race car driver!

Hello! My name is Erick and since birth i have loved anything that has to do with automobiles and racing! my main goal in life is to own my own business and to compete in Formula Driftand time attack events. 

A bit of a background - my family is not very supportive of what my dreams and passions are. During my last year of high school Universal Technical Institute had a 3000 dollar scholarship for anyone who wanted to go to school there. I talked to the guy whenever he came to the campus to speak wirh him ans letting him know i was interested. I told my family towards the end of the school year about what i wanted to do in life and they put me down and told me not to do it and i ended up not going because my family had no faith in my hopes and dreams. I was crushed. I had dropped trying for what i have longed for my whole life.

 Right now I am currently going to school for my airframe and powerplant certificates to go into aviation manufacturing and i after i graduate i wish to finally go to the school i had wished to go to since high school. I joined the schopl because i didnt know what to do with myself and i felt lost. I have now realized that i know what i want to do in life and be happy reaching my ultimate goal!!  

As you may know, school is very expensive and everything goes towards my education right  now. My anxiety and depression are starting to get to me and nothing helps me other than the smell of burned gasoline and high revs of an engine going around a track. 

I am asking for the help of trying to jump start my dreams and passion. The Donations will go towards the purchase of a vehicle to start off on my career. The vehicle if anyone is interested will be a second generation rx-7 since they are an amazing base to start off with and I absolutely love the Wankel Rotary Engine.

I will update this posts if i can with stuff about myself as time goes on.
