I dont want to be bald! Please help me have a hair transplant!

Guys I experience massive hairloss and I really feel fucked up! I was used to have a good image and this suddenly changed! Maybe my problem has to do with my image and this seems vain to some people but it totally throws you down psychologically! It can affect you in every aspect of your life! Personally I think that happiness starts from liking yourself, how you are and look. I believe that even if this matter is vain because there isn't a second life, everyone can choose how he wants to be. For me liking yourself is the biggest motivation in life and I don't really enjoy anything with the current image I have. I know that other people have more serious problems but I'm asking help for mine even if its small! Nevertheless for me right now in Greece, fundraising is the only way to have a hair transplant, I don't have these money and I don't want to loan for it! Come on guys it is like 4 euro from 1000 people!! :)
