I don’t wanna die cuz I’m unemployed

I'm a 30 year old gay man from El Salvador, a 3rd world country that have had a very rough life throughout the years. Unfortunately due to the vast lack of support for education in this country I haven't been able to complete my PhD in marketing that I started way back when I graduated high school; since there are no much good opportunities to get a stable, fair-waged job I did my best to learn English and start to work in the call center industry that is blooming in here, sadly due to recent complications in my health last year I was unable to continue working and ever since the beginning of the year I've been trying to get a new job but it is hard, specially with no degree and been much older than the young demographic of new jobs are looking for. Since I'm unemployed and I'm HIV positive I need to keep taking my medicine but public health insurance from this country is going to take some time to approve for me to get my prescription and I only have treatment for another 15 days left. I'm doing my best to get a new job and hopefully gowe about getting my medicine but at this moment it is impossible for me and my mother (single mom, retired and paying for house and utilities) to cover the costs, so I'm recurring to this option and see if in these few days there is some good Samaritan that can donate to my cause to keep me in my regiment. Each Medicine is at least $200 and I'm taking ETDF and dolutegravir. I thank you very much with all of the help I can get. Me and my family will be eternally grateful.
