I could be your doctor

Hello there,

My name is June Wahu Mwangi. I am currently attending the University of Nairobi in my 3rd year of medical school. I've always wanted to be a doctor ever since I was born,you know?
The fact that I am the first one from my family to pursue higher education only proved to my mother that I could make it in this tough career. So she put all her savings together,took out a loan to put me through the first 2 years. Being a single mother I'd say she did all that she could to see me through but now I'm afraid I'm at the end of the line and I could be forced to drop out. And that is why I'm coming to you.

Supporting a young Kenyan student achieve her goals and at least get a degree is an amazing thing that you could do and I would be eternally grateful. As I hold that degree in my hand I will think of everyone that got me here and that includes you,kind stranger. :)
