I CARE FOR TEACHER PERLA

Teacher plays an important role in molding brittle minds of a child. They spent most of their time in school taking care of their students. They see to it that they are properly nourished mentally, morally, and spiritually. They are the heroes of today’s world. Mrs. Perla Montino is one of this modern day HERO. She spent 33 years of her life in this noble profession. As a primary teacher in San Gabriel Elementary School, she received countless awards and recognitions.

In May 22, 2019 she was diagnosed with a Kidney problem which renders her immobilized and was forced to leave her beloved profession. From the four corners of a classroom, she was confined in a hospital room with a lot of devices attached to her aging body. She undergo several Hemodialysis. On her 14th HD, the patient was advised for pacemaker implantation to handle episodes of Bradyarrhytmia plus AV nodal blocker to control episodes of tachyarryhtmia.

Upon her stay in the hospital. Several findings has been found which lead to final diagnosis: Congestive Heart failure secondary to Coronary Artery Disease. S/P Myocardial Infraction; Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Diabetis Mellitus Nephropathy to consider Community Acquired Pneumonia, Moderate risk. And Acid Reflux Disease.

Her bills raised to Php300,000.00. And adviced to have pacemaker as soon as possible which will costs Php500,000.00 including hospitalization.

As of this writing Mam Perla still undergoing series of dialysis and the family is finding ways to raise money for her medical needs for pacemaker.They are appealing to everyone who has a Good Heart of extending their hands for help. For 33 years this Hero spent her time in helping her students. Now, this is the time to help this beloved teacher. Please Help Mrs. Montino, this is our way of telling her that we love her and we are thankful of her services to us and to the community.
