I belong to a poor family but I want high education. Please help me.

My name is puspendu mondal and I am from west Bengal (INDIA). My father name is Debabrata mondal and he is a farmer. I belong to a very poor family. I passed diploma engineering in mechanical triad with 70% marks on 2018. Now I want to take admission for B-tech engineering. But the admission fee is too high for me (INR-50,000), and my family cannot carry it because our yearly family income is bellow than 70,000 (INR) and also I have a brother, now he is read in 12 standers. My father could not afford to educate us with together. But I want to be a b-tech engineer, it’s my dream. Please help me.
