I am 44 years old and I would like to ask for your help and support. Following a consultation with the ophthalmologist, I was diagnosed with myopic astigmatism in the right eye.
The ophthalmologist at the military hospital polyclinic gave me to do a more thorough investigation, but the result is not a good one, because in the right eye I have keratoconus (produces blurred and deformed vision, corneal injuries).
The doctor at this hospital clinic suggested that I have a corneal transplant, but from that investigation where I was sent, I was told that I had a possibility, to do this laser intervention called collagen cross-linking and this it depends on the stage of the disease.
