I am very poor but I want to save my dog

Please help me, I'm in a lot of trouble. I hed a pet dog but he has't wanted to eat anything for the past week I took my dog to the vet after I found out. After several visits to the doctor, many xrays and overnight stays, Gemma is diagnosed with a vascular ring around her esophagus. It's a birth defect, she was born with it. This condition requires a specialist and a major surgery that is approximately $6,000. Gemma is not able to enjoy a meal because her condition does not allow the food to get to her stomach to digest. She is an 18 month old pitty and is only 30 lbs. Under weight and health deterioating, Gemma needs your help.

Gemma donations are desperately needed as we are limited with time. Gemma was previously owned and dumped (unwanted) at the Mount Vernon Animal Shelter for her persistent vomiting.

Gemma is in foster care and we would like to help her foster family with some of the expenses.

I'm having a hard time saying anything else..
