I am poor women,I trouble with my family

We are poor family.I have too children My old is now 46 years.Now I am not capable for work.My husband lost lot of money when he invested for business.however my family now faces to much problem.My son now needs operations for preparing her nose.when my son born in earth her nose almost gone.it’s how sad for me I can’t explain you
