I am HIV reactive who wanted to graduate from college

Hi, my name is Vince (not my real name because of my sensitive condition). I am a 20 year old guy from the Philippines. Yes, the title says it all, I am HIV reactive and I wanted to graduated from college to help my family.

Last year, my family forced me to stop from studying, because I still have remaining balance in my university and they can't pay my tuition anymore. The house where we lived before was sold by my uncle who really owns the house. Now, me and my family live in a small apartment (where we need to pay the rent, electricity, water). I am supposed to be graduating this year, but we are now buried in debt, because my tuition payments were all came from loans. This made me so down, I locked myself in my room. I am so devastated that I am forced to stop from studying. I am a consistent honor student every semester. I am a candidate for high honors if I will graduate, but this happened. My auntie wanted me to see me graduate, before she leave, she's too old and she's sick.

Before the year ended last year, I got myself tested to know if I have HIV (I admit, something happened in my curiosity/lonely days, a thing that I really regret). Unfortunately, I am HIV reactive. I am again so devastated. I haven't told anyone in my family yet because of fear. My family is now forcing me to work, but I am advised not to get tired of myself, have enough rest, eat properly, and have enough enough sleep.

I just wanted a little help for me to continue my study and get some medications for myself (maybe also for my auntie). I want to finish my study, for myself and my family. I want to live longer, because I am now getting weaker day by day and get sick all the time. I don't want to add a burden to my family anymore.
