I am going to prison bcoz of something I didn’t do

To whom it may concern,

My name is Arra from Philippines. I am writing this letter to formally ask for assistance regarding my status in United Arab Emirates. I was promised to be given a contract and 2 years visa by a company I applied located in Dubai Investment Park 1. The company's background handles E-commerce business for electronic and garments. My job was to ensure sales tracking, processing payments and orders, and sometimes it also includes logistics and repackaging items ready to be shipped. During my first day, they asked for my visa and passport as my requirement for the 2 yrs visa, and was promised I will receive medical coverage, and allowances as part of my contract. It was also explained that I will be paid 2500 per month, with 300 dirhams deduction for visa, and another 200 dirhams if I wasn't able to meet the client's expectations. With that offer, I managed to agree with the terms however, they have not given me any sort of documents to sign as they explained it will be given upon my visa's arrival. I informed them that my visa status needs to be changed before it's expiration. Two weeks after, they advised me not to report anymore as they have found someone much reliable. I did not received any compensation upon my 2 weeks work with the company and they returned my passport together with my expired visa.

I had arranged my exit and additional 90 days visa with a travel agency. My only concern right now are the fines I need to settle in Amer, Al Jafiliya which is currently at 2300 dirhams. I had spoke with an Amer customer service representative about my status and was advised to exit as soon as possible to avoid additional fines or detention.

I am currently in need of assistance from anyone to help me settle the fines I don't have control with. I came here in this country with high hopes of getting a life my family deserves. I barely eat and I don't have fresh clothes with me. I hope the someone out there will be able to help me and share sympathy for all the misfortunes I encountered.
