I am American Patriot that needs help getting vehicle! So i can get a job.I live 35 miles outside of town! would be willing to work or do task online to get the money

I am 47 year old American Patriot that is in need of help to get a truck or car. I am unemployed at moment but willing to go to work, my dilemma is I live outside Wichita, ks about 25 miles (ca. 40 km) there is no kind of bus system here in the town where I live in. I don't have anybody to help me out, my credit bad, I am just looking for someway to go to work and help my mother out who is recently widowed. I am and would be willing to do any kind of task online. i am good with computers social media . or something in exchange or lieu of money as well.
