I Am A Lifesaver

I'm Aloha Alpa Pascual, from San Mateo Rizal. At the age of 36, I was diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)/ End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). My Doctor already advised me that I needed to undergo dialysis procedure. At first, I was really hesitant because I knew that I'm still young and strong enough to accept the lifetime treatment it took me 2 months to accept my current situation. I started doing hemodialysis last April 2016.

I want to have a normal life again but only a kidney transplant can give that. I am asking for your support please please. Kindly help me I really want to help my family to save funds for my operation.😢
