My name is Mark Anthony de Guzman.

I am writing this letter on behalf of my sister, Nazarine de Guzman. At first i don't really want to make something like this as I wanted to keep my sister's condition private, but i was left with no option but to seek help from everyone who'll be able to read this. Last March 21 2015, Nazarine was rushed to the Makati Medical Center at 5am because of a deadly asthma attack When we arrived at the emergency room, she became unconscious. After receiving emergency treatment, she was transferred to the intensive care unit so that doctors can carefully monitor her condition. The attending doctors diagnosed that her asthma attack resulted into hypoxia, a medical condition that occurs when the brain does not receive enough oxygen. For few weeks in the ICU My sister, Nazarine, was unconscious, and in the caring hands of doctors and nurses. On a positive note, few days later she responds to certain stimuli. After we stayed in the hospital for 3months we have finally made it to come home and wait for my sister to become fully concious, we were instructed by her doctor that we have to pull her out of the hospital to avoid further complications. After 2years as of this writing She is still bravely fighting and we are hopeful that she will be able to regain Full consciousness soon. The doctors said that we will have to patiently wait until my sister's becomes fully concious Nazarine is a very caring sister, friend and colleague. We need her to survive this battle so that she can continue to share her smile and laughter with the people who love her. I have written this letter to appeal to your generous and kind hearts. Nazarine's medical treatment expenses went to 3Million pesos back in 2015 we were able to survive the hospital expenses after the contribution from family friends and relatives. We no longer have parents who can help us during this trying times we are 3siblings and I am the youngest. i am supporting my sister solely all the way but im nearing to bankrupcy as i have been Supporting her medication maintenance every month which is amounting to around 25k to 30k and that does not include the monthly fee for Doctor visit and feeding meal and her medical supplies. Your contributions will go straight to helping my sister with her medication expenses. Any amount, big or small, that you could spare, would go a long way. My family and I are hopeful that she'll be able to pull through this challenge. We are praying everyday that she'll be able to come back to us soon.

Thank you so much for taking the time to think and pray for my sister, Nazarine.
God bless.
