Campaign Story
Any amount you can donate will be accepted. I personally will make sure the donations go directly to the victims. I will provide pictures and letters on this web-site from the recipients with their permission, along with some of their stories. I work as a housing counselor on L.I. All day the phone rings with storm victims.
I want to raise money and distribute it to some of the people in need. I have spoken to people sleeping in their cars, offices, and on floors of friends. They are elderly, parents of children, and some are disabled and have no other family.
I cry each day after I leave work, and sometimes during work.
Please help them on Long Island.
Holiday's are around the corner. Lets be thankful, we have a place to sleep, with hot water and heat.
Many of my clients do not have this luxury.
