We are Noble Trends Unbound Foundation Inc. partners with Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation, Inc. (GK) is a Philippine-based movement that aims to end poverty for 5 million families, by first restoring the dignity of the poor. We recently launch the campaign: “Kusina ng Kalinga, Hunger ends where Caring begins.” Not every Filipino child is fortunate to eat every day. Our response through establishing a central kitchen that can reach 1,000 – 2,000 kids everyday. It will operate from 4am to 2pm MNL Time and dispatch meals at around 10am. It is run by 2-3 staffs supported with 10-15 volunteers on a daily basis. We work with LGU and schools to distribute food packs by hand, motorcycle, specially designed multicabs. The meal can last up to 3 hours from time of packing. We feed daily, whole year for 220 days including summer. Universal meaning the entire classroom, school and community. We also in calculate values and eating habits. Teaching the kids the nutritional value of the menu and the feeding is done through the efforts of teachers and parent volunteers. The goals and objectives of this campaign is to address malnutrition and short term hunger among public school children, rehabilitate 80% of beneficiaries to normal nutritional status, increase classroom attendance from 85% to 100% and improve the school children’s health and nutrition values and behavior.

In order to sustain this campaign, we need your help. We need to raise funds to keep the program running and to supply the needs of the kitchen. Remember this is a life-time project, if you can donate through a monthly pledge we would be grateful for your support.
We are now very grateful in advance for the support we will be getting. It would mean so much as to the giving, is looking at the children living a healthy and happy life as they grow through this program we have started. Thank you all and God bless the seed that you will be planting.

Your Sincerely,
Noble Trends Unbound Foundation Inc.

Our mission to end hunger made more sense when we had the chance to speak with one of the students of Happy Hallow Elementary School. Reposted from Tracy Cruz "Masaya ako kasi may pananghalian ako," ( I’m happy cause I get to eat lunch now.) expressed 12 yr old Xerces. . . . .

Since we launched the program, the children are looking forward to this daily feeding, fostered by good and nutritious food to help them through the day in school, and learning good values at the same time, their smiles says it all!!!
