Greetings to one and all!!!

Today my heart is Heavy!!!!!
So forgive me for being STILL today!!!
GOD has given me so much and has allowed me to survive so much.
When you want to Pay Forward everything GOD has allowed you
to survive and you cannot, it hurts.
It feels like I am sitting here wasting away, 
with All this Information I could be sharing to Help Somebody Else.
It is NOT about me, it is about GOD.
I ask GOD every day to increase Him and decrease me.
That is why I share my heart with all of you.
I am NOT ashamed of all that GOD has allowed me to survive.
I am NOT ashamed of my Mental Health Issues.
I am willing to share my stories.
I am willing to share my suffering. 
I am willing to speak and teach on Mental Health to the world.
I know times are hard for each and every one of US.
So I ask that you share my cause with your family and your friends.
.......And just maybe you will see me in a town near you, 
and I can personally give you a HUG.
