As some of you know this will be my third year that I am doing a humanitarian trip to Holguin, Cuba as a dedicated translator.
In the past years, we have completed many projects; helped repair houses (roof, floor, toilet, water tank), repaired old vehicles that have become unusable and brought bicycles. Also, we bought refrigerators, washing machines, stoves and rice cookers for families who did not have them. And just last year, we helped feed 250 families (rice, beans, oil). We are very grateful for this.
The continuity of this project is vital for many families in several suburbs and villages such as Milia, Guardalavaca, Antilla, Banes, etc. As elsewhere in the world, every year the Cuban island is affected by weather events destroying houses and the few properties that Cubans own. Fortunately, thanks to you, we can help relieve these people in great need.
You should know that a Cuban team, on the spot, makes us aware of the urgent needs and organizes visits to the most disadvantaged places, in small villages, far from tourist sites and big cities.
We rely on your generosity to achieve our goal. Thank you sincerely in advance for your generous donations!
