I have long time friend that really needs help to get a new start. He is homeless and sleeping in his car. Why? How could someone get to that point? Why doesn't he just go out and get a job? These are probably the questions that you are asking. I had to ask the same questions, but he is my friend and I care about my friends. Yes, I send him money, but it is never even close to enough to get him out of this mess. A couple hundred bucks here and there is helpful for the shortest time, but never enough. My friends name is Rich. He is in his mid 60's, which make it very difficult to get a job at his age. His problem was self inflicted, which is when everything started and his world spiroled downwards to where it is now. He went out after work and had some drinks and got pulled over for an Extreme DUI. He went to jail for 4 months, lost his Realtors license, his drivers license, his home. His car, which is old, a 1975 towncar, and some belongings, was all he salvaged. He has been sleeping in his car for about 2 years now, and I want to get him a fresh start. I think, with your help, we can raise enough funds to give him a fresh start. Yes, it was stupid of what he did that put him in this mess, but that can't be reversed. I will exhaust every effort to help a friend or family. Rich is my friend. A dollar. Five dollars. Ten? It doesn't matter.  I just need your help for him. Will you help?
