Building a couple of rooms with beds and basic amenities.
There would be communal shower facilities, and luxury things like a gym, a library with computer access, a movie cinema etc etc.
Homeless people would be interviewed to see if they would want to join the program and give their input and be willing to work hard.
In return, they would get a room and be guaranteed food, water and access to the facilities.
But it would be like a learning centre.
There would be shifts where people cook for the entire community, fruits and vegetables would be farmed and the land would be fully utilised. They would be trained by professionals.
They would take classes in information science and computers, martial arts, music.
There would be shifts for cleaning, and security.
The whole building and operation would be created as "green as possible" ie. self-sustaining.
Kind of like a whole civilization and university where homeless people could go on to become great people who could improve the world even more, so by helping them, it gives them a chance to help the rest of the world even more.
Of course this would have to be worked out in detail.
The classes and education would be mixed with a communal workplace, some enterprise that would pay for the expenses of everyone living there.
There is the initial investment of the land and buildings, but for a few billionaires or multimillion dollar company this would be nothing.
The more I write about it, the more the plan seems to be to take homeless people off the street, offer them education and an oppertunity to become skilled people, all they have to do in return is be willing to work hard, be honest, give a full 110% input and eventually through their knoweledge be able to give back to the community, or the world, maybe combat pollution, or invent ways to improve the state of our planet!
