Housing for newlyweds

This happy beautiful couple is the recently wed Cassandra and GRegory Fabre. They're ceremony, October 12th, 2013 was perfect despite the horrible weather that was suppose to come in. Sadly, this couple will be losing their housing however in November of 2014. They are a young couple, still trying to get on their feet firmly without any help from their families (primarily since the families are financially incapable anyway). The banks want a minimum of $5000 down for their dream house and Cassandra and Gregory struggle to put 500 away every month. The landlord will be raising the rent substancially after November which will make it hard for them to afford living in their 1 bedroom apartment, so the house is well needed and not a bad selling price of $150,000. 

If anyone can find it in their hearts to help this couple get their dream house before its too late, it would be a miracle from heaven for them.
