Our plan is to buy at least 30 houses a year to rent out to the disabled, veterans or anyone else with low income. We would also build apartment complexes in areas of the U.S were there are needs. Our houses and complexes would be be low income housing, but would only house disabled, veterans, and others with to need. We would provide all staff in order to provide assistance to all of all tenets. This includes, help they need to find other assistance for medical or financial. We would put on monthly fundraisers for our tenants or anyone that applys and meets our needs for financial assistance. We will start up an nonprofit organization so we can work with other nonprofit organizations in order to maximize the help we can offer. My name is Jeremy Bailey. Went to college for business. Took alot of real estate classes. I than decided to work in one of the largest hospitals in Florida. I worked in the OR and ER. I choose to work at a hospital knowing I love to help others. I later became disabled myself because of a car accident and medical issues. I though still have the need, and desire to work with and help people. Please let's all pull together a help.
