House of dreams

Hello, my name is Yana and I have a dream. I want to build a house few meters from the beach in the sunny village of Paraliya Ofrinio in Greece. The area is now developing and is the perfect place for long-term investment. My father is a carpenter and has lived his entire life in the carpentry surrounded by dust and raspings. He has now lung problems because of the amount of sawdust he is exposed to. I want to help my parents live a better life since they are now elderly people and deserve to be calm for the future. This is why I created a dream project which can be finalized only with the help of good people. The building is in a central location next to a lot of shops and restaurants. The local market is challenged with modern and efficiently planned design. The idea behind the project is to be used as a vacation rental due to the long summer season in the region. I have never being closer to realizing my dream. I managed to start with the money I have saved throughout the years but now I am at a point where I don't have anything left. If the funds are raised the house will start operating this season. I thank you in advance for reading this. Every help is appreciated and every journey begins with a small step.
