House is falling apart… need serious help…

I am a 67 year old Social Security recipient living in the city of Humacao Puerto Rico USA. My monthly income is $ 554 a month. I am sure that you can understand that it's impossible to have a decent living environment with that little income especially with my youngest son still in college. I've been looking for a job for the past 2 years with no success. Every month I have to decide whether to pay either my utility bills, water, electricity and phone or put food on the table. It has not been easy for me and especially for my son. My house, see pictures, is falling apart and needs serious repairs. I am not able to perform repairs because it is impossible with my Social Security income. I will deeply appreciate if you can give me a helping hand and help me get my son's and my house in livable conditions. Thank you for your most valued and generous help toward my son and me....
