House Help

I turned 18 on August 25, 2015. I am currently residing at my parents house. Don't get me wrong I love them, however I need to come up with my own place and I would love to build myself a mini home. My parents told me when I turned 18 that when I get enough money they will let me create my own home and they would let me put it on some part of their land that they own. Currently I have no job due to no one wanting to hire me at all. I have tried every single restaurant and workable place in my small town but we all know my town is empty basically. I live in a small town called Frederick. They are shutting down the hospital their and that job opportunity went down the drain. Just wishing i could get my dream mini house up and going.
