Campaign Story
My intention is to buy a real estate of a family house, subsequent reconstruction of the house and reconstruction into 3 three-room apartments and subsequent sale of these apartments.
The initiation of the project is based on the lack of housing units in the town of Humenné.
The city of Humenné registers about 500 applications for an apartment at a given time.
The selected investor for this project refused to implement this project at the last minute.
Therefore, I turn to you with a request for funding for the purchase of real estate and subsequent reconstruction.
The beginning of the reconstruction was planned for January 2021 with completion and subsequent approval around December 2021.
The added value of the project and the goal of valuing the investment is the planned construction of two family houses on the land
