There are a lot of abandoned dogs and cats in Sarajevo,who do not have their own home.The law in BiH is that stray dogs are killed.It is necessary to make it urban shelter for dogs and cats who are neglected.

People who have fighting dogs catch street dogs and hurt them.There is no law to adequately protect animals and that this asylum would be a station until adoption.
