“I will beat you cancer: HELP me with my battle”

Hi, I'm Francesca Nicole Malsi, 11 years old. I'm currently in ICU because of my cancer. Last May of 2016 , I was diagnosed of Wilm's tumor stage 2. I undergone surgery to extract the tumor in my body unfortunately they need to removed my left kidney also since the tumor already destroyed it. I also undergone chemo theraphy for six months and radiation to removed all the cancer cells in my body. Luckily, by January of 2017, I was indeed a cancer survivor. Since then I tried my best to be healthy. Unfortunately, last May of this year, I got the worst news. There is a recurrence of the tumor. Base on my CT scan, the tumor is already 11 cm near my vena cava. I was rushed to hospital so that my doctor can plan my treatment and extraction of the tumor. June 3, my doctor tried to extract the tumor. I was in the operating room for 5 hours. However, upon removing the tumor, my Doctor confirmed that it has already attached itself in my vena cavra. So they need to close and stop the operation and start plan B. Plan B is to undergo chemo theraphy in hopes that the tumor will dwindle that it would allow them to properly extract it to my body. After my first chemo session, my body didn't take it well. My doctors told us that my kidney is malfunctioning. After my blood work, they said that I have zero platelets. So they moved me to ICU for close monitoring. After three days, things got complicated. They said that both lungs have water, I had heart enlargement, and to top of that after a week of blood transfusion my platelet is 6. I was coma for three days. All my organs are failing. My doctors already called my family and advise them to pray since everything is falling apart. But God help me, my kidney is stable. My platelets are better. Now I will undergo surgery for tracheostomy. My parents can't shoulder all the expenses anymore. I'm in ICU for three months now. And my hospital bills are pilling up. That's why here I am now, asking for some help. Help me bring down this disease. Help me with my battle against cancer. I'm still in the middle of my fight. Please help me. Any amount will do.
