Hello everyone, My name is Jayson Glory 38 years old and lives at San Isidro Rodriguez Rizal.

I am currently admitted in World Citi Medical Center and was recently operated as my Tonsils and Adenoids were removed, doctors confirmed that I also have complications with Hypertension, Diabetes and Bronchitis which will render me unable to work in the following months.

I am still left with an enormous bill from the hospital including the Doctors professional fee. Our bill went up to 300,000php and since my HMO coverage was only able to share up 120,000php

As the only working person in our household it is not enough for my family to come up with the difference that still active and growing while I cannot leave here.

Jayson Glory is a community volunteer as a motorized medical responder, also works in the BPO as a Customer Service Representative at night and a part time Delivery Rider in the morning.
