Hospital bills and daily supplies for my little angel

I am currently unemployed,because i studied for 6 months in a training program here in japan.And i had to quit school to find a job because my wife's labor due is coming close but still no luck.i can't do factory jobs anymore due to my fracture on my left shoulder,and because of that i am forced to find an english teaching jobs but i don't have any credentials for teaching.And my japanese speaking skills are not that high,until now i am still finding jobs to be able to support my family.i am currently staying at my car,and my wife and son's at my sister-in-law's place,I already tried reaching out to the government of japan but they can't do anything about our situation right now.TRUST me i tried everything.Hunger is nothing for me,the only thing that's bothering my mind is that i feel useless.Because i can't even provide for my little angel so as to my wife,I feel like i'm a failure as a Father to my son and a Husband to my wife.I have to pay the labor fees in the hospital and we don't have a health insurance we have to pay the whole amount,and i talked it out of it and they let us go home without paying it first BUT i have to pay it within months time.So please forget about me just please help my son he's prematurely born and needs a shots monthly plus supplies.
