Horseshoe steak ripped my leg in half

I was shoved on to a Horseshoe steak, ripping my leg in half, 2cm from my main artery. I've spent months upon months in the hospital and years of physical therapy getting me so far in debt I cannot crawl out of, half of my leg is numb so I have no feeling, my family and I need help to get back on my feet, so to speak. ANY help is appreciated greatly.

I also want to raise awareness to the dangers of such tragedies and how easily avoidable they are.
