Hopes and dreams for a living

These are the dreams of a youngster living in a poor environment, working an 8 hour job from which I would never afford a house for my future family

I would like to gather this money to start a construction of my own house so I won't have to live with my parents under the same roof since we already have different time schedules.. I've managed to renew their home during the last 2 years, the kitchen is refurbished, together with a brand new bathroom.
From now on, I feel like I have to start a new chapter in my life. I was already living abroad for a short time all alone (3 years) and it felt good to stand up for myself all alone.
Unfortunately in here, the prices of a terrain only exceed the costs of building a house, plus there is the house itself. I was thinking about having a house with a size of 80-90 square meters, considering having a family later on hopefully.
I honestly hope I can achieve this during next year, until then I'd like to save as much as possible, with YOUR help as well.
There would be a chance to apply for a government based program called "First House" on a 30 year refund basis, but I believe this is a really long time to repay the price.
So this would be me, with my high hopes ladies and gentleman, the rest of it is up to you and of course up to me.

The best of it for all of you, and my honest appreciations for all of you who help a dream became reality for an enthusiast!
