Hopeline Philippines is a national suicide prevention and emotional crisis intervention hotline developed by Natasha Goulbourn Foundation. In 2016, the Department of Health in collaboration with the National Center for Mental Health adopted the Hopeline as a part of their campaign to provide support to people who have mental health concerns.

It is with a heavy heart that we, the Hopeline Philippines responders along with Natasha Goulbourn Foundation, inform you that the Hopeline Philippines cease to operate under DOH-NCMH starting July 1, 2019, due to its withdrawal of support.

We would like to extend our thanks to the people who called us, shared their stories, allowed us to help them bring their depression to light and be part of their journey on getting better.

Despite that, we are assuring everyone that it's not the end of Hopeline's advocacy. We are still going to continue serving the Filipinos under Natasha Goulbourn Foundation which is a non-profit organization that advocates on suicide prevention, mental health awareness and wellness.

As an initiative of Hopeline responders, we are sharing our gogetfunding and BDO account to help raise funds to continue our services especially our suicide prevention hotline.

For clarification, HopelinePH will continue its operation despite the withdrawal of support from DOH-NCMH. We are beyond grateful for the continuous support of Globe Telecom, corporations, and individual donors and of course, Natasha Goulbourn Foundation.

All of our lines are still available 24/7. You can reach us through 804-4673, 09175584673 and 2919 (toll-free for Globe and TM subscribers).

Thank you very much and as we always say, we hope things will get better for you! 💙

  • Instead of material gifts, my friend requested to do good deed to others in celebration of her birthday so I decided to share something to your organization, who has a mission that is close to her heart. Namaste!
