Hope For Fiona- A Fight Against Lupus

Pleasant Day to you! I hope my letter finds you well.

Iam Air woman 2nd Class Christine Deniega Dometita currently serving with the Philippine Air Force. I come to your foundation/organization seeking for assistance in behalf of my family. My sister Fiona D Dometita, 12 years of age has been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erethematosus (SLE) last October 2015. She has been in and Out of medical facilities and currently confined at Aquinas University Hospital in Legazpi City since November 11, 2016. Her stay at the Hospital since last year has fully exhausted our family's meager resources which include her daily expenses such as medication, confinement and series of laboratory fees that already amounted to 2.3 million pesos. My family's combined income still could not cope up with the demands of my sister in her needs, most especially the day to day hospital charges incurred by her confinement.

We still want my sister to be with us for she has so much more for her future. We miss her as she was before this sickness has taken on her. Her lively and vibrant self now limited to the confines of her hospital bed. I am so much hopeful and optimistic of her recovery and be with us once again.
