Hope Whispers

When the world says, "Give up," Hope whispers, "Try it one more time."

I have been unsuccessful in earlier attempts to start my own business or franchise, but I am hopeful that my new venture will be successful and will help support my family. It’s been difficult to find work, and I have not qualified for local grants or other funding sources to jumpstart a business. However, I truly believe that my entrepreneurial spirit will prevail and that the generosity of donors will open the door to the possibility of success.

I am planning to open up small business market stalls in local and surrounding towns every weekend. The stalls will feature practical items meant for both children and adults – warm ‘safety’ hats, gloves and bags in the latest fashion trends. I believe that customers will be fascinated by the safety features, such as lights and bright colors so that whoever wears them will be visible during the dark afternoons and early evenings of winter. My daughter is so excited to be part of this. It won’t interfere with her school, and at her age – being with her daddy is the highlight of her life! Her face is awash with smiles and enthusiasm when we talk about it.

I am hoping to raise £3,500 through this campaign. That amount will cover the set-up costs for the stalls and the fees incurred. My plan is open the stalls in time for the Christmas buying season. Please give whatever you can spare. Every donation is critical to our success! I will post pictures of the stalls so that you can see the results!
