Hope To Complete Law School

A winner is a dreamer who never gives up . ~Nelson Mandela.

These are the words of one of the most inspirational figures in history and also the words embedded deep within my soul the day I registered myself in a law school. He has always been one of my biggest motivational figures, as a beacon of hope and healing, and as a potent reminder of the power of the human spirit to overcome impossible odds. Nelson Mandela has always firmly believed education is the most poweful weapon to change the world and whether I can be someone like him or close, I shall try my best but for now I would like to take the first step in changing my world.

I grew up with the hope of being a lawyer someday and now my lifelong dream of graduating from Law School has come to a halt unless I raise the necessary amount to fund my exam fees. I come from a very humble background and I have never allowed myself to be a victim of my circumstances. My passion for law is only matched by my love to be a Human Rights Lawyer someday hence my undying will to pursue an advanced degree comes solely from my heart.

I have been doing odd jobs while studying just to sustain my living expenses and while it has significantly helped sharpen my time management skills and my sense of personal responsibility; my earnings are still shy of the amount displayed to fund my fees due not very long from now for the University of London Programme. I have also just been blacklisted from walking into the college premises for not being able to pay the fees.

To carry such heavy financial responsibility has limited oppportunities for friendships and interest which would further help enhance intellectual and emotional development over the years but I have always taken that as a neccesary sacrifice for a better future --to always keep moving forward. There were many dark moments where my faith was tested, but I would not and could not succumb to despair. That way lays defeat and disgrace to myself and the people who believed in me.

To whoever reading this, my sincere appeal for a contribution regardless how little would definitely help me achieve my dream. Donors ( You ) are the catalysts of change, MY CHANGE. I am fully committed to my passion and your monetary vote of confidence would spark the desire to be a good lawyer in the future.

While my utmost efforts to seek for other alternatives remains strong despite the short time constraint, for now to rise above this financial circumstances before the due date lies with any of you kind and generous people reading this.
