We are knocking on your generous hearts to help baby Aki and our family raise funds for his hospitalization.

I am Arlene, mother of two beautiful angels and Baby Aki is our second child. Before he was born we faced lots of challenges because of the complications I had during pregnancy. I was in and out of the hospital because of Eclampsia. That time, my husband and I are in the deepest despair. The money we saved for Baby Aki's delivery which is not yet enough that time was used because of my frequent hospitalization and we are already in big debt. We don't know what will happen next. Our economic situation is poor and cannot afford any emergencies that may happen because of the complications I have during pregnancy. All we did is to pray and look for possible ways to pay our debts and to have a ready funds before my due date.

We kept on praying and praying to God for our safety, we are hoping for safe delivery. We prayed for our finances and for all those people who helped us during this difficult times. We prayed for strength and guidance.

But God has plans we know...Our fears happened suddenly and kept on holding onto God.

That was July 2 when Baby Aki was born premarture via emergency cesarean section. He was so small, cyanotic and had no cry. All we pray is "God,please let our baby be with us, her sister is waiting for him!"

He was placed at NICU, intubated, hooked into a mechanical ventilator, laboratories and chest xray done and revealed local bacterial infection and pneumonia. He have to stay in the hospital and we have no idea how long. We continue and never stop praying.

Our hospital bill continuesly running high . We asked for help to everyone we know and did everything just to raise funds. I was discharged in the hospital and we are struggling in paying my bills and Baby Aki's needs that time. God answered our prayers through relatives and friends who helped us. We are so thankful to God and to them. We are forever grateful for the love and support for our family.

Baby Aki needs to stay and still we don't know until when. His doctors are now very much concerned on his development especially his eyes. We are knocking to your kind and generous hearts to help us on Baby Aki's needs until he is completely out of the NICU. The running bill as of July 22 has gone over 144 Thousand pesos. We are appealing to your kind heart and generosity with whatever amount you can spare for Baby Aki’s survival .We know that this little baby is a fighter. Above all, faith and prayer is still the best cure and healing. Please pray for him.

To find more possible help from the kind people you know, we hope this message could be spread out.

Thank you very much!
