Hope for Ramil

In August of 2018 I saved my younger brother's life.

However things have taken a turn for the worse, and due to financial reasons I can't do it alone anymore.

See in August 2018, my younger brother Ramcel got very sick.

Out of the blue, his entire body swelled up and he couldn’t stop vomiting.

We rushed him to hospital. They ran tests and discovered his kidneys were failing.

Along with the horrible news they handed us a $1000 bill, and ongoing costs for treatments just to keep him alive.

While the news was devastating, we thought we were able to keep it under control. We were wrong.

One morning, as I was teaching Sunday school at our church, my mom burst through the door...

"Julius! Ramcel is is barely breathing! He doesn't think he'll make it. He wants to say goodbye to you one last time!"

Luckily we were able to rush him to hospital and get him help in time.

But we were informed he has Stage 5 Kidney Disease and would need to be on dialysis for life, or he would die.

The cost of the dialysis is $1,000 USD a month. Which may sound manageable.

However, in my country the wage for a Manager Level position is only $500 USD a month.

Then in August of this year it got even worse.

He was rushed to the Hospital in another Emergency where he was given several thousand dollars worth of treatment.

We lost Ramcel last September 2020 but now his twin Ramil is having the same case.

After being on dialysis for 2 months, he's condition is like worst that his late twin.

So I will look for alternative which will probably cost more.
